We are writing to you regarding the slowdowns recently observed on our remote machines, particularly on certain 2021 version training courses.
Our teams have identified a pool of machines with higher-than-normal processing times. As a corrective measure, this pool has been taken offline for maintenance in order to prioritise the use of the highest-performing machines.
This action has restored performance levels in line with our standards.
Investigations are continuing in parallel to pinpoint the exact cause of the malfunction in the affected pool and to ensure it is brought back online under optimal conditions.
The incident is now considered resolved from the user’s perspective.
