We would like to inform you that our IT department has resolved the issue affecting access to our Microsoft 365 and Outlook e-learning courses.
The corrective measures implemented have restored the affected courses to full functionality, and they are now accessible again.
However, please note that the loading times for the Microsoft 365 and Outlook courses remain unchanged from normal. The intervention resolved the access issue but did not affect loading performance.
If you notice any persistent issues, please do not hesitate to report them to us so that we can investigate.

Hello,
We would like to update you on the technical issue reported regarding our e-learning courses.
The issues encountered with the Outlook course have now been resolved and the service is up and running again.
However, the Microsoft 365 course remains affected. Our teams are currently continuing their investigations to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem and implement a permanent solution as soon as possible.
We understand the inconvenience this situation may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
