Forgotten your password? - What to do
On your home page, type your Username (your email address) then click the Log in button:
Click on the link Have you forgotten your password? :
In the textbox that appears underneath, Input your email address then click the OK button:
You will receive an automatic email.
This email will remain valid for 24 hours and will allow you to redefine your Password.
