Sometimes in a MEDIAplus point, when the learner opens their Lesson or Solution video, the sound may be deactivated with the loudspeaker icon in the taskbar on the local computer appearing as follows: 
To reactivate the sound in the video, the learner must :
1. In the taskbar of their computer, click on this loudspeaker icon
2. click on the speaker icon
in the sound control panel that opens:
The sound returns :
