Please note: Microsoft 365, OneDrive and SharePoint Online exercises run within an online training environment. A loading time of a few seconds may be required, particularly when opening the first exercise. This is normal and does not mean that the exercise has frozen.


Understanding how the training works

The practical Microsoft 365, OneDrive and SharePoint Online module uses MEDIAplus technology, allowing you to complete exercises directly within Microsoft applications in a dedicated training environment.

This approach reproduces real-life working conditions and focuses on learning through hands-on practice.


Unlike a video or a simulation, each exercise requires a complete application environment to be loaded from ENI's training servers.


Why can loading take some time?

Opening an exercise involves several operations:


  • Connecting to the training environment;
  • Loading the relevant Microsoft application;
  • Preparing the exercise and its associated data;
  • Verifying communication with the training servers.


It is therefore normal to experience:


  • A loading time when launching an exercise;
  • A longer loading time when opening your training session for the first time;
  • A few seconds' delay when moving from one exercise to another.


Once the environment has been initialised, loading times are generally much shorter.


The impact of Microsoft 365 updates

Microsoft continuously updates Microsoft 365 services, including OneDrive, SharePoint Online and other components of the Microsoft 365 suite.

These updates may occasionally modify certain behaviours or features used by our training solution.


Although our teams continuously monitor these changes and regularly deploy updates and fixes, some Microsoft updates may occasionally cause temporary slowdowns or disruptions to specific exercises.


Our recommendations

For the best possible experience:


  • Use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox;
  • Ensure you have a stable Internet connection;
  • Allow a few moments for exercises to load;
  • Avoid closing the browser window or refreshing the page while an exercise is opening.


If you experience difficulties

If an exercise appears to be frozen or does not launch correctly:


  1. Wait a little longer for the loading process to complete;
  2. Close and relaunch the exercise;
  3. Return to the exercise later;
  4. Contact support@eni.fr if the issue persists.
