On Tuesday, 22 September, between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (UTC+2), a one-off incident caused our websites to be temporarily unavailable (with the exception of our e-commerce site).


This was an exceptional event, which was quickly identified and resolved by our technical team.


Our infrastructure, designed to offer a high level of availability, remains robust and reliable.


Nevertheless, we have strengthened our systems to further reduce the likelihood of such an isolated scenario from recurring.
