How to optimize the screen resolution in your remote Cloud machine

You can solve certain display issues and even facilitate your answers to certain MEDIAplus topics, by checking the screen resolution of your remote machine in our Cloud:

1. Once connected to the Cloud, click on the semi-circle that appears top centre on the screen:

This icon immediately turns into a full circle: and two additional icons appear to the right.

2. Click on the third icon, which shows three dots:

3. In the contextual menu that appears, select the Display resolution option

4. In the Resolution box that appears, check that the 1600 x 1200 pixels option is active.

You can now close the Resolution box by clicking on the cross in its top right corner:
